En 40-årig kvinna söker pga att hon sedan 2 år känner av att huvudet drar åt vä. Tillståndet har tilltagit, men nu hållit sig oförändrat de senaste månaderna. Försök med kiropraktor, massage, UL och akupunktur har ej hjälpt. Ej försökt med tablettbeh, förutom att ta Treo vb mot värk som hon känner ibland bak i nacken. Har ej märkt något som förbättrar vridningstendensen av huvudet, stress försämrar. I status noterar du en något nervös kvinna. Huvudet är vridet åt vä motsvarande ca 30 grader och huvudet lutar även lätt åt vä. Vä axel är lätt förhöjd jämfört med hö.
